This is Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer With Sunscreen SPF 30. It is a moisturizer combined with sunscreen, hence, you don’t need a separate sunscreen with it. Moisturizer is formulated with retinol SA, Glucose Complex, and hyaluronic acid. Additionally, as sunscreen it has 2% avobenzone, 4% homosalate, 4% octisalate and 2% octocrylene as active ingredients.

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer is clinically proven to help smoothen fine lines and texture. Additionally, it fades the look of stubborn deep wrinkles, including crow’s feet, forehead and cheek wrinkles.

How To Use

Apply generously 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply after every two hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

Caution

Avoid using over damaged or broken skin. While using this product keep it out of eyes.

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer comes in a glass bottle with a pump dispenser attached on top. Dispenser allows you to get the product in a controlled amount and closes with a twist to protect its efficiency and from any spillage. Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer has a medium consistency like lotion that spreads easily and gets absorbed instantly. The lotion does not leave any greasy, sticky or oily residue but upon application, it gives a temporary irritation/ burning sensation. Although, it does not cause any irritation or burn to my (normal) skin. But I had experienced skin redness due to this moisturizer in the past when I applied it over damaged skin. I wasn’t aware that my skin is damaged. However, after having redness, I wash off immediately.

I started re-using after my skin gets completely healed, and it doesn’t give redness this time. Moisturizer settles into an invisible finish leaving a velvety soft feel. Moreover, the moisturizer is hydrating enough for oily/combination skin but not for dry skin. My skin type is normal-dry and I always use Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion beneath to get enough moisture. When I use it without moisturizer, my skin becomes stretchy through the mid-day.

I have been using this moisturizer for one and a half months now. Including this moisturizer in my everyday skincare routine makes my skin smoother, tightens pores and improves skin’s texture too. I’m happy with the results. But due to the presence of retinol, this can irritate the skin if used in combination with AHA/BHA, vitamin C or any other exfoliating ingredients. In my opinion, this anti-aging day cream with broad-spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen will work well for someone who doesn’t use so many skincare actives and stays indoors.
I only use it indoors even though it has SPF 30 because I live in a hot climate that can certainly cause some redness issues.

Overall, Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer With Sunscreen SPF 30 is a really good anti-aging day cream that can be used indoors only. Additionally, it should be avoided using with other exfoliating ingredients. Apart from this, it tightens skin, improves texture and makes it smoother than before. This creates no white cast, hence, will be suitable for every skin color.
