Today I’ll be reviewing Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Sunscreen Lotion with SPF 50. It is also available in gel variant and I bought the lotion one because mostly gel sunscreen makes my skin feel kind of stretchy and dry. I have been using this lotion since last 4 weeks now and quite impressed with it. So yeah, here is my opinion about the product.

Lakme sun Expert ultra matte lotion comes in an opaque yellow colored tube with flip flop open cap. It is sturdy, spill proof, travel friendly and all the important details regarding the product is mentioned on back of the tube.

Fragrance

It has mild fragrance that smells like cucumber with the hint of floral. It disappears really soon after application.

Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Sunscreen Lotion Review And My Experience

Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Sunscreen Lotion has smooth texture with slight thick consistency. I always apply it over well moisturized face and it glides very easily but needs to be blend well. It leaves a very minimal white cast that doesn’t ruin my appearance, I actually like it because it gives a glow coverage to my face. The sunscreen lotion leaves soft matte finish and does not look patchy or chalky. The formula is non-greasy and non-oily makes it appropriate for oily and combination skin. Although, if you have dry skin, use a good moisturizer beneath because this may give you stretch feel. Moreover, I really liked that it does not feel heavy on my skin.

Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Sunscreen Lotion has SPF 50 PA+++ that provides very good protection and prevents tanning as well. In winters, it works all day long but for summers, it needs to be reapply after every 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for an oil free sunscreen lotion that does not dry out your skin.
