Ponds Anti Pollution Creme Review

Today I’ll be reviewing ponds anti pollution creme which is launched few months back. It is an anti pollution cream with PPF (pollution protect formula). So, let’s see how the product works.

Product Description

Helps neutralize and repair damage caused by pollution and other urban aggressors from deep inside. Micro pollution particles are many times smaller than your skin pores. PPF has blocked this particles and prevent them from entering your skin pores.

Packaging

Ponds anti pollution cream comes in a small translucent with a grey screw on cap and an inner lid but this lid does not fits well. The lid is almost useless but you can carry it easily anywhere because it does not leak and it is very lightweight. The tub resides with an outer cardboard box that contains all the product related details.

Fragrance

It has slightly floral kind of smell and it lingers around for some time but does not give any headache.

My Experience

The cream is white, fluffy and has medium consistency. It glides and blends very smoothly over my skin and gets absorbed pretty fast and easily. It hydrates my skin (normal skin type) but does not provide enough moisture. So, I always use this cream over a hydrating serum. The cream is non-oily, non-greasy and my skin feels very soft post application. This cream is absolutely amazing for oily, combination skin but not as much for normal or dry skin. Another great thing is that, it is absolutely light and feels like I haven’t applied anything. The cream does not flakes so can be wear under makeup as well. Although, it does not keep my skin moisturized for too long.

I am not sure about its anti pollution claim but since it is non greasy and non oily cream, it won’t attract much dust and also it creates a very smooth layer on the skin that will prevent dirt and dust entering your skin pores. I would recommend this cream to oily/combination skin as a daily moisturiser for summers. The only downside I found is lack of SPF and lots of chemical.
