Innisfree Olive Real Lotion Review

Today I am going to review an amazing product from innisfree that I have been using since long, on and off. It is Innisfree Olive Real Lotion. This range is infused with the goodness of extra virgin olive oil which is known to nourish skin and maintain healthy appearance. This seems so appealing to me because I have heard a lot about the benefits of olive oil. Let’s see whether the product is succeed to impress me or not.

Packaging

Innisfree olive real lotion comes packed inside a huge olive green colour bottle with a screw on cap. There is also an another lid provided inside to prevent the leakage but somehow, I lost its inner lid. I wish it would have came with pump dispenser for convenient use. The bottle is housed inside a carton box which contains all the details. Overall packaging is neat and simple yet beautiful but some may not find it travel friendly due to its huge size.

Fragrance

Innisfree olive real lotion has fruity smell with the hint of citrus. It is mild enough and not long lasting.

My Experience

Talking about my experience when I first open this, I was amazed to see it’s unique formula, it is an oil infused lotion, yet non-greasy, non-oily and pretty light weighted. It glides effortlessly because of its smooth texture and sinks into the skin completely with light massage. The finish it leaves on the skin is a very slight sheen and it feels short of velvety. Let me tell you that, I have normal/dry skin and this lotion has given me supple skin and nutrient content to my skin. Within three weeks of application I have seen a noticeable change in my skin texture and complexion, it makes my skin supple, smooth, radiant and it is quite good for maintaining healthy skin.

I have been using this lotion on and off as my skin is not very dry currently. This product is highly recommended to dry/normal skin in but not that much for oily/combination skin, if you have dry skin you can use this in summer as well. The lotion can be used under makeup without any mess as it is light weighted and does not flakes or peel off while application. It is pricey but contains such huge amount that can be used for several months.
