Today I’m going to review The Face Shop Chia Seed No Shine Hydrating Cream which I got in chia seed hydrating kit and it is sample size product of 10ml. It contains the goodness of chia seed that promotes healthy skin. I really liked this gel moisturizer, so I thought of reviewing this and here is its detailed review.

The 50ml pack comes in a heavy glass jar with screw on cap and a spatula to scoop out the product.
Fragrance
The face shop chia seed no shine hydrating cream has very nice floral smell which is quite soothing and relaxing at the same time. It is mild so, won’t bother sensitive nose and it lingers for about a minute after application.
My Experience
First of all, I wanna say this is the best gel based moisturizer I have ever used. It has medium consistency and is clear transparent gel that spreads very easily and sinks pretty fast into the skin. On application, it gives slight cooling sensation and soothes skin. It made my skin hydrated yet does not leave any oily or shiny residue. Also I do not have to face uncomfortable feel of greasiness or heaviness, it feels quite light on the skin and let my skin breathe. It boost hydration and makes skin soft and supple but I need to use a hydrating serum beneath so that my skin do not get stretchy after few hours. It is absolutely perfect for daytime wear, even though it is a gel based moisturizer I really like this for my normal/dry skin, specially for summers I highly recommend this.
The formula is perfect for oily/combination skin and does not cause irritation so even a sensitive skin person can use it.
