Lakme Peach Milk Ultra Light Gel Review

Today I’ll be sharing Lakme Peach Milk Ultra Light Gel review. Recently, this lakme ultra light gel has launched and I bought this immediately as soon as I saw this. It seems good for humid weather as it is light, gel textured and economical too. It claims to keep skin hydrated for 24 hours without leaving any oily or sticky residue. So, let’s see how much it lives up to the claims.

Product Description

A lightweight gel formula that melts into the skin locking in moisture for 24 hours, without leaving any oily residue and giving your skin a non-sticky, fresh look that last all day. Moisturizing never felt so light!

Packaging

Lakme peach milk ultra light gel comes in a light peach colored flat tub with screw on cap. It also has a silver foil inside that covers tub and you have to remove it before start using. Well, packaging is sleek and travel friendly but unhygienic.

Fragrance

It smells same as Lakme peach milk moisturizer. However, it is mild but personally I don’t like the smell of Lakme peach milk range.

My Experience With Lakme Peach Milk Ultra Light Gel

I have been using Lakme peach milk ultra light gel since past one week, twice a day. The ultra light gel has slightly thick, gel consistency with a smooth texture that blends seamlessly. It is quite light, as claimed and get absorbed easily without taking much time. On application, it gives a cooling sensation as well. My skin felt velvety smooth with a hydrated glow on my face, also it is not completely matte post application. I don’t know why but I think due to heavily humid weather it leaves a dewy finish.

Along with this, my skin felt well hydrated and moisturized throughout the day and even when I use this at night, my skin remains hydrated till morning (during monsoon). Although, people with extremely dry or extremely oily skin might not feel comfortable with it. Oily skin people can experience little oiliness after applying. However, it is completely a light weighted, non-greasy and non-sticky gel that makes it perfect for people having normal, combination or slightly dry skin. One can use this under makeup but it becomes flaky after few hours when use with gel based sunscreens.

Lakme peach milk ultralight gel will last for several months since only a little amount is required to cover the whole face. I use little extra amount because I want an ultra light dewy glow on my skin. Furthermore, it doesn’t broke me out which is probably the best thing about it.
