Inlife Sea Buckthorn Oil Capsule Review And My Experience

Inlife sea buckthorn oil comes inside a transparent veg capsule which is sealed with a red ribbon. The moment I put this capsule inside my mouth, I can feel the slight taste of oil. Best thing about this sea buckthorn oil (omega supplement) is that it does not have a foul smell like fish oils can have. Being a vegan, I have chosen this omega supplement.

Moreover, it is easy to swallow (with water). I have never faced difficulty in swallowing this capsule. Usually, it is a bit difficult for me to swallow such big tablets/capsules but not with this one. Because it becomes a little slippery with water.

It is recommended to take one capsule twice a day but I prefer having just a single capsule per day. Even some days I skip because I don’t have omega difeciency. I just want to have it as complement to boost skin health.

I have been taking this supplement every morning after meal (few days I have skipped) since past one month. It is almost over now because it has only 30 capsules in one pack. Inlife sea buckthorn oil capsule has definitely made a little difference in my skin. My skin felt slightly more plump than before but besides I haven’t seen any huge difference. Although, A long term utilisation may give better results. Apart from this, I haven’t faced any side effects either. But I would suggest drinking more water.
