Packaging
The derma co body wash is packed in a simple, pump bottle which is lightweight as it is made of plastic. And once you open the pump lock you cannot re-lock it even after several twists. Therefore, I will not put this body wash in travel friendly product category. However, you can pour some shower gel into a small bottle, if you wish to carry it while travelling.
Fragrance
The body wash have a mint like smell but not exactly as mint and it isn’t that strong to cause headache. Besides, it also disappears quickly after application.

The body wash is clear, gel based and slightly runny in consistency.
The Derma Co 1% Salicylic Acid Body Wash Review And My Experience
I have finished several bottles of it and applied this almost everyday. Since it already contains exfoliating ingredients like salicylic acid and glycolic acid, I avoid using loofah and it was the best decision. Loofah can be harsh and makes your skin barrier sensitive. Plus, it can also give dry patches and I have personally experienced it. If you want to start using any chemical exfoliants on the body, I would suggest not to use loofah with it because these chemical exfoliators can remove dead skin cells, ingrown hair on its own. Plus, it will also reduce keratosis pilaris when used regularly.
The derma co salicylic acid body wash creates enough lather to cleanse out oil, sweat, dirt and pollution. Added to that, it does not leave any residue once you wash it off. I haven’t noticed any extra dryness however, I will suggest applying a body moisturizer right after shower. It will hydrate your skin and prevent ingrown hair.
I used to have a lot of ingrown hair and keratosis pilaris and this body wash seems to be helpful in keeping them at bay. If you are suffering from strawberry legs (keratosis pilaris) or ingrown hair, then you need to use AHA/BHA based cream and serum as they are more effective than exfoliating body washes.
