Today I’ll be reviewing Good Vibes Activated Charcoal Skin Exfoliating Scrub. I’m not fond of using facial scrubs but this product seems so unique to me, so I give this a try. I actually bought this for my hands and legs but it works better on facial skin. To know more about it, let’s move ahead.

Packaging

It comes in a brown colored glass tub which is covered by a label that contains all the details regarding the product. The tub has a golden screw cap with it, once the cap is opened there is another plastic lid provided to protect the cream from spillage overall the packaging is basic, nothing too fancy. Also it is unhygienic and not so travel friendly.

Fragrance

It has a weird smell to it which I didn’t like at all. However it isn’t strong and fades away after washing.

My Experience

The scrub is grey colored and has thick consistency. It is little creamy and contains medium sized granules that aren’t abrasive on the skin. I need a big coin sized amount per usage. I scrub it evenly for 2-3 minutes in circular motion and rinse with normal water. After removing my skin look fresh and clean.

These granules are gentle and does not give that perfect deep exfoliation. It is good for mild exfoliation, if you like scrubbing your face 3-4 times a week, then you should try it out. The scrub doesn’t dry out my skin or caused any irritation or redness. This will be suitable for almost all skin types since it is neither nourishing nor drying on the skin.
