Earth Rhythm Ultimate Glow Serum Review And My Experience

Earth rhythm glow serum has a watery gel, viscous texture. It glides smoothly and gets absorbed with light massage without leaving any residue behind. The serum’s formula is completely oil-free, non-sticky and non-greasy which is perfect for oily-combination skin type. After cleansing thoroughly, I put this serum over slightly damp skin, on which it takes some time to absorb. But once get absorbed it leaves a matte finish. I would recommend just to apply few drops, otherwise it would feel like a thin gel mask after dries up completely.

Appearance

Moreover, during dry or non-humid weather, it makes my facial skin tight and sucks all the moisture. In result, my skin felt dry and uncomfortable. It does not add any moisture or hydration to dry skin. Mainly my facial skin doesn’t like anything that give mattifying effect. Whereas, during humid weather I did not find it too drying on the skin rather it feels kind of neutral.

However, its mattifying effect is not only the reason why I’m disappointed with this serum. Whenever I use it, I notice slight red patches on my cheeks. I think it’s because I have been using a medicated cream. And also this serum is quite strong having an exfoliating properties too. It contain salicylic acid along with bio-retinol and vitamin C that makes it really strong.

Since the serum does not suit my skin, I gave it to my mom. And this is compatible with her skin. I’m really glad that this serum does not cause redness or irritation to her skin. She has a tanned, pigmented skin and after using it for more than two weeks, there is a noticeable change I have seen in her skin. Her skin looks less tanned, more glowing and also her skin pigmentation is less visible than before.

She does not use any other actives or exfoliating products and this serum also seems to be exfoliating her skin very well. It is pretty effective serum for skin concern like pigmentation, sun tan and dark spots. Furthermore, while using this serum one should never forget to wear a high SPF sunscreen everyday.

Overall Rating: 3.5 / 5

Overall Earth Rhythm Ultimate Glow Serum is a superb product for oily/combination skin type. But it is better to use it during humid weather as it give mattifying effect to skin. Although, if you have sensitive skin and in case you are using retinol, tretinoin or any other medicated cream, I would suggest to avoid this serum. In my opinion, this wholesome product is good for those who don’t use different skin brightening or exfoliating products and want to use just a single product for everything. Mixture of vitamin C, bio retinol and salicylic acid can be harsh. So do a patch test before using this serum.
