Texture And Appearance
The formula looks and feels like a mixture of gel cream which gets absorbed into the skin without leaving any oily or greasy residue.
Application
It glides very easily over the skin and does not feel greasy or oily. This body treatment is summer and monsoon friendly for sure. However, during monsoon it feels a bit sticky initially (for just a few seconds) which subsides after a few minutes. It turns out to be completely non-greasy, non-sticky and non-oily product once it gets absorbed into the skin. My skin feels smooth after putting it over my legs and hands.
That’s the reason why, I recommended it to those living in humid regions as it will not add an extra greasy or sticky feeling to the skin. While, it also hydrates the skin.
Results
The body lotion contain 100ml of product and it can’t be applied for a longer period of time. Therefore, I decided to use it regularly on my hands only for the sake of results.
The body cream claims to firm, tone, tighten skin and reduce scars and stretch marks. Well, I can’t comment if it works on scars and stretch marks or not. But it definitely makes my skin tight and smooth after using it regularly for a month. Plus, my skin appears less dull and even toned a bit.
Added to that, the lotion has skin nourishing properties that provides daily nourishment without being greasy or oily. It has olive oil, Shea butter, kokum butter, cocoa seed butter, hyaluronic acid, collagen, macadamia seed oil, moringa seed oil, avocado oil and wheat germ oil. Maybe these are some ingredients behind its price.
It does not make a huge difference initially but shows results gradually. It would be better if it comes in a 200ml pack as well. The body cream is a bit costlier than other retinol body lotions in India.

Conscious Chemist Retinol Body Cream is suitable for normal or oily skin(in case you have). If you live in a humid climate or region, this body lotion will be suitable for your skin.
