Luckily, I got this 32ml product for free, one can try this lotion for a month to see whether it actually works or not. Well, I have also tried this product and here is my opinion.

Packaging
The face shop white seed brightening lotion comes in an opaque bottle with a pump attached on top. It is bulky and huge which is not reasonable for travelling.
Fragrance
It has a sweet floral mix fragrance and it smells heavenly. The fragrance does linger for some time but does not cause headache. It is actually very soothing to my mood. If you don’t mind using fragrance in your skin care products, you will definitely gonna like this smell. All the products from the face shop white seed and chia seed range smells so good and heavenly.
The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Lotion Review And My Experience
The face shop white seed brightening lotion has a thin consistency and it turns watery when I massage it over my skin. However, it takes some time to dries up. My skin felt instantly soft, hydrated and there was a dewy glow on my skin. But problem with this is, it makes my skin stretchy after two hours of application. Even if it seems dewy and hydrated from outside, my skin crave for moisture from inside. I think it would be a great lightweight moisturizer for summer nights ( for oily/combination skin ).
Also, people having oily combination skin can use this lotion in winters. If you live in an area where there’s very dry weather, this might not be moisturizing enough, even if you have normal to combination skin. This may give you a stretch feel like it has done to my dry normal skin.
I just felt this is not moisturizing enough for dry skin. Apart from that, this lotion also has skin hydrating properties which is sufficient for oily combination skin. Though, it give my face a stretch feel, I am using this on my neck. It works really nicely because it does not feel dry or stretchy on my neck even after several hours.
I finish the whole bottle using on my neck and just tiny amount is adequate for each usage. The claim of skin brightening is true to an extent. Compared to my face, my neck is slightly dull and it helped me get rid of dullness of my neck. Although, this won’t help you removing dark spots or scars. Also, it doesn’t lighten the actual color of your skin. It only remove dullness caused by environmental damage and stress.
