Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion Review: I’m back with a body lotion review this time. And today I will be sharing a brief review about Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion if it actually works or not. The body lotion claims to have 40x more vitamin C compared to lemon extracts. In addition to this, it has UV protection as well. However, there is no SPF or PA rating mentioned anywhere on the bottle. It also claims to be suitable for all skin types and repairs dull and damaged skin. Well, let’s see how much it lives up to its claims.
Price: INR 425 for 400ml, INR 275 for 200ml
Product Description And Claims
Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion comes with concentrated natural Camu Camu and acerola cherry which offers 40 times more vitamin C to repair dull, damaged skin. This body lotion works from deep within repairing the damaged skin layer by layer to recover the skin’s white tone.
Packaging
It comes in a typical Nivea body lotion pack which is an opaque white bottle with a blue flip open cap. On the top, it has a tiny hole that closes with a flip flop cap. Moreover, you can find all the details mentioned on the back of the bottle. Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion is available in two sizes – 200ml and 400ml.
Ingredients
Fragrance
The body lotion has a floral smell with a little hint of fruity fragrance. It is slightly strong that some people may not like but personally, this does not cause any headache to me.
Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion Review And My Experience
The lotion is milky, having a runny consistency. It glides on very smoothly and gets absorbed into the skin with a little massage, leaving your skin soft and hydrated. Nivea Whitening Even Tone Body Lotion is perfect for summer because it is lightweight, non-greasy, non-shiny, and non-sticky. I used it once in the morning after shower but I do feel the need for reapplication after 4 to 5 hours. This lotion does not provide sufficient moisture to dry or very dry skin. Thus, not recommended to dry skin.
Furthermore, it claims to protect your skin against UV rays but SPF rating is not mentioned, so don’t forget sunscreen when going out.
Does This Worked?
Due to the dry weather, I could not use it on my body for a long period. Although, it is non-greasy, non-sticky so I use it on my hands in order to keep it hydrated. I wash my hands several times a day and use this lotion after every wash. After a month or so I have noticed a difference in my skin. It looks a bit more radiant than before. Also, I wasn’t going out in the sun, so, the lotion works effectively.
Moreover, the lotion also claims to repair skin but I am not sure about it. In my opinion, it hydrates skin and reduces dullness.

- Non-sticky and Non-greasy

Overall Rating: 4 / 5
