Today I’ll be reviewing Alps Goodness Saffron Brightening Day Cream. You must heard or seen this brand if you have ever shopped from purplle.com. This brand is only available on purplle.com, their products are affordable and have great discounts on them. I just randomly bought this day cream to try out and here is its review.

Packaging
Alps Goodness Saffron Brightening Day Cream comes in a small tub packaging which is made up of plastic so, it is light weighted. The tub is sturdy, leakage proof and travel-friendly.
Fragrance
It has medicinal kind of scent which is quite similar to Dettol. However, it is moderately fragrant, not too strong but if you are very sensitive to fragrance you might not like it.
My Experience
I have already finished half of the product a few months back in winters and recently started using the remaining product. Alps Goodness Saffron Brightening Cream has s thick creamy consistency and it needs to be massaged for 1-2 minutes so that it gets absorbed completely. It provides required moisturization to dry skin but in summer when I apply it my skin becomes oily so I wouldn’t recommend this to use in summers.
This cream does not have any SPF so I mostly use it at night also it feels heavy so, better to apply before going to bed. It will make your look shiny and greasy if you have oily skin but it would be a very good choice for winters if you have normal to dry skin. The formula is superb for dry skin beauties.
Coming to it’s Brightening claim, I did notice that it helps me get rid of dullness and improves skin texture making it soft and smooth but it takes time to show noticeable results. However, don’t expect it to give any miracle brightening effect because it only removes dullness from the skin.

Another great thing about Alps Goodness Saffron Brightening Day Cream is that it never caused any irritation or breakout but still I wouldn’t recommend this to acne prone skin.
