How To Use
Clean your face with a cleanser or wipe off all the dirt and makeup using facial wipe. Then apply Raaga Professional Detan cream and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Gently massage in circular motion after splashing some water and remove the de tan cream with wet cotton.
Packaging
Raaga Professional Detan Tan cream comes in two different sizes of 72gm and 500gm. The 500gm pack is for salon use which comes in tub packaging. I will suggest you buy the smaller one first, because it may or may not suit your skin. It comes in cardboard box consisting six sachets. You have to cut the sachet and apply on required area. It is very travel friendly, you can just carry a few sachets in your bag and it won’t acquire much space. Plus, it is extremely light weight.
Fragrance
Raaga detan cream has a minty smell which is moderately strong. Though, it does not give me a headache but if you are extremely sensitive to fragrances you may develop a mild headache.
Raaga Professional Detan Tan Removal Cream Review And My Experience
Texture and appearance– The face pack is sort of creamy as it spreads easily and evenly. Plus, when I put on little amount and massage it onto my skin, it gets absorbed completely and disappear like a moisturizer. The consistency is medium, neither very thick and not runny either. Though, this situation may not happen if you apply a big portion.
I apply it after cleansing my face using a non-harsh cleanser and don’t wait for my skin to get dry before applying this. I use face mask over slighy damp skin because I feel it give better results without making my skin too dry.
With this face pack I have experienced two things, it may or may not give a stinging sensation depending on the health of your skin barrier.
It causes a slight irritation and redness when you apply it on sensitive skin barrier. On the other hand, I have noticed it gives zero irritation and zero stinging sensation when applied over a healthy skin. It rather feels soothing on the skin, this is what I have experienced many times. Therefore, you should always take care of your skin barrier to prevent such situation and it will also help you in receiving good results from the products you use.
Another thing is, raaga detan pack does not make my skin dry or tight while I have it on my face. Therefore, it can suit most of the skin types including oily, combination, normal and dry skin. You should avoid using this, if have sensitive skin. Or in case, you’re using strong medicated cream, skip this face pack because it can make your skin sensitive causing red patches.
Moreover, I use it all over my face including eye area, ears, around the mouth and corner of the nose. It does not irritate my eyes however, some people can experience slight burning because it contain kojic acid. Besides, it can be applied on the body including the neck, hands and legs.
Results
After washing it off, my skin appears clean and even toned with very little brightening effect. However, for a noticeable change you have to use it three to four times in a week. I have seen a noticeable change in reduction of tanning and dullness after using it for two weeks. Besides, it also absorbs oil from the skin and if you have normal or dry skin, apply a good nourishing cream containing ceramides, fatty acid, squalane or any non-irritating moisturizer. Otherwise, it can make your skin appear dull instead of giving you a glow.
Personally I like to use la roche posay lipikar AP moisturizing cream because it has the ability to heal skin’s barrier along with nourishing and moisturizing it.
Suitability
Raaga Professional Detan Tan Removal Cream can suit all skin types including dry, normal, combination and oily. If you have extremely sensitive or damaged skin, avoid this product at all cost.
Is there any side effects of Raaga Professional Detan Tan Removal Cream?
You may develop some side effects like redness, irritation, extreme burning sensation if you have sensitive or damaged skin barrier. Otherwise, if you are allergic to any ingredients, you may notice tiny bumps or breakouts after using it.
Furthermore, I haven’t notice any extreme reaction except for some tingling sensation.

Formulated with science based ingredients like kojic acid, arbutin, lactic acid and malic acid to remove tan effectively while gently exfoliating your skin. Yes! It does have mild exfoliating properties too.
Caution
This Detan cream is formulated with clove oil and peppermint oil, therefore before buying this product make sure you are not allergic to them.
