Texture and appearance- The face cream has a light weight, thin consistency and glides on smoothly.
Right after the application, my skin felt a bit sweaty but it subsides after several seconds. However, it does not add any shine, oiliness or greasiness to my face. Plus, it’s completely non-sticky and leaves a matte finish on the skin while being light weight and comfortable on the skin. Hence, suitable for oily and combination skin types.
I use it right after cleansing my skin, skipping the toner and serum because my skin becomes a bit oily these days due to the high level of humidity in the air. Added to that, I was getting frequent breakouts. I realized it was because I wasn’t exfoliating my skin properly and using so many barrier repairing products. Also I found out some products were reacting on my skin led to more pimples and clogged pores. I thought this product would do the same. And to be honest, I didn’t like this cream initially because it is matte but it actually saved my skin. So, I really like it now.
It clears out my skin and I stopped getting new breakouts. While the older ones started to heal even faster.
I used to have a normal-dry and clear skin but using too much products congest my skin pores. Especially during monsoon, one should avoid using several layers of skincare. I also replaced my oil cleanser with garnier micellair water which helped me reduce breakouts.
